Avaya:
Avaya is a leading Communications product and services provider. Avaya's product offerings encompass more than 80% of Department of Defense (DoD) voice communications platforms, as well as world class data products. Mission1st is focused on the next generation of the DoD’s network, to include the insertion of the Multi-Function Soft Switch (MFSS), WAN Soft Switch (WAN) and Local Session Controller(LSC) categories within the UCR2008. The Avaya Aura Application Server 5300 (AS5300) is currently the only MFSS or WAN SS authorized in the DoD. Mission1st is currently focused on the following products:

Ciena:
Ciena recently purchased the legacy Nortel Metro Ethernet Network (MEN) business unit, which includes the Optical Multiservice Edge (OME) 6500 and Optical Metro (OM) 3500 platforms. Ciena also offers numerous other platforms for use in the DoD and commercial environment. Mission1st resells and will provide installation and commissioning services for these products:
ACME PACKET:
Acme Packet is the leader in session delivery network solutions. They enable the delivery of interactive communications- voice, video and multimedia sessions- and data services acress IP network borders. They provide the commercial network with the Session Border Controller to support the carrier network, and have been adopted as the first Edge Boundary Controller (EBC) for use in the DoD’s Voice and Video over IP (VVoIP) and Classified Voice and Video over IP (CVVoIP) networks. Mission1st will provide installation and commissioning services for these products:
